Being from Walcott, Iowa, a small town where community is everything, I’ve always valued genuine conversations and connections. Growing up in this environment, I knew I wanted a career that let me build relationships, meet new people, and hear their stories. I like to think that’s what first drew me to public relations. I’m also the middle of three girls and a total “girly girl,” so my love for fashion, beauty, and all things pink probably comes as no surprise!

 

Throughout my life, I’ve sought opportunities to get involved, balancing my love for collaboration with a healthy dose of competitiveness. Whether it’s writing for the school newspaper or joining new clubs, I’m always eager to try new things. During my time at Iowa State, I was an active member of Chi Omega, a part of The Fashion Show, a director of a student-run and operated business, and so much more. As much as I love being with others, my ideal day would be sitting at a coffee shop organizing my calendar while listening to a podcast. Taking time for myself to support my mental health is something I value, and I work to make that a daily practice. Thank you for taking the time to look at my site and learn more about who I am!
